ORGANIC BIODYNAMIC AND SYNERGISTIC COURSE
The synergistic Agriculture consists in the art of cultivating the land leaving do. It 'a cultivation method invented in the 30s by Masanobu Fukuoka, a microbiologist and Japanese farmer. The method has been reworked, for our Western climate, Spanish dall'agricoltrice Emilia Hazelip. The course is a smattering of the whole process. Choosing a place to do the garden, orientation, soil preparation, construction of a pallet, an irrigation system, what to use as mulch, planting, intercropping, how and why to use the biodynamic calendar and finally practice of maintaining our synergistic organic garden of half a hectare. It starts at 9am to continue in the field, a quick stop for a vegetarian lunch and continuation of the course until the completion of the pallet. Release of multilingual books on the subject.

COOKING TUSCANY POPULAR FOOD CLASS
We are not chefs, we're just passionate about cooking, popular food sometimes contaminated from our travels around the world. The grandmother who had an organic farm has taught us so much ancient Tuscan recipes. Recycling, not waste, the redone typical Tuscan cooking are taught in this course, in the kitchen of our organic farm. It takes half a day and will start with a stroll in our organic garden Synergetic for grocery shopping vegetables and seasonal fruits, spices and flavorings. After going back home to put on your apron and hat, a good wash hands and ready for cooking from appetizers to desserts. After the preparazine we will accommodate at the table and we will enjoy what we have prepared.

CHEESE CLASS. TO LEARN HOW MAKE 3 TYPES OF CHEESE AND ONE FRUITS OR VEGETABLES JAM
You want to learn a Spell? with 5 liters of fresh milk we will teach you how to make three types of cheese. Robiola, Primo Sale and Ricotta cheese! While we await the curd, we will prepare a compote seasonable fruit or vegetables grow in our organic garden to eat with cheese.
The course lasts 2 hours and ends with a tasting of the preparation and all participants will go home with a gift!
1/4 Caciotta lukewarm and a jar of vegetables or fruit jam!
